A racist, anti-President Obama email is one of the exhibits in a wrongful termination lawsuit filed last month against Los Angeles real estate mogul Mike Meldman, Deadspin reports. The plaintiff, Lukas Lucas, is claiming that he experienced racial discrimination and harassment.

To help prove his point, Lucas included an email he received from Meldman, which the latter had received from another person.

"The skunk has replaced the eagle as the new symbol of the American Presidency," the message reads. "It is half black, half white, and everything it does stinks."

The offensive comparison originated in 2011 when it was posted on the website of the Kansas Tea Party group Patriot Freedom Alliance.
