Dependency Case Against Halle Berry's Baby Daddy Dropped

Judge sends the former couple back to family court to work out custody issues.

Another court victory for Halle Berry's estranged ex Gabriel Aubry. The dependency court case against Aubrey, who shares custody with Berry of their three-year-old daughter Nahla, has been dropped, sources tell TMZ.

Parents are sent to dependency court when there are concerns over the well-being of their children, and Aubrey was before the judge today to discuss various conditions for his visitation rights with Nahla.
Former model Aubrey was hauled into court after the LA County Department of Children and Family Services expressed concerns about the child's safety in his presence.
Reportedly, additional conditions were imposed on Gabriel's visitation, but the matter has now been dropped and sent back to family court, where he and Halle will continue to fight over custody. Halle, of course, has been campaigning for sole custody of Nahla.
