Wendy Williams Ripped for Being Anti-Breastfeeding in Public
Wendy Williams's mouth has gotten her in a bit of a pickle, and this time, it's to do with her views on public breastfeeding. During a segment of The Wendy Williams Show, with guest Alyssa Milano, the talk show host shared that she's not a fan of public breastfeeding, and several advocates, like Milano, are letting her have it.
"What about it upsets you?" the former Charmed star asked. "I don't need to see that," Wendy responded.
According to NJ.com, that was all it took for Milano's passion on the subject to come out, as she argued that society has unnecessarily sexualized breasts irregardless of context. "Biologically, they're not made for sexual things, that's what we've done to them."
After Wendy admitted that she herself breastfed her son Kevin, but urged women to breastfeed their children in the privacy of their cars, Milano threw another dart at her bubble, causing the audience to roar in applause: "You're lucky the baby's not here. I'd whip them out right here and feed him on your show."
Wendy's comments caught on quickly on social media, with several women calling her a hypocrite for flaunting her admittedly enlarged boobs on her show and for even being "anti-woman."
What do you think? Are you Team Wendy or Team Alyssa?
