Ray J Would Still Take the Dinner with JAY-Z and Explains Why
Earlier this week, JAY-Z ended the age-old social media debate of whether one should take an offer of $500,000 or dinner with the rap mogul with the suggestion that the money is the best choice.
That said, Ray J hopped into the debate and said he’d still rather have the dinner. In an Instagram video he posted on Wednesday (October 25), the reality TV star noted that “relationships are way more valuable than money.” He advised that only some people should take the dinner over the dough.
“Now, if you need the bread, take the bread like Jay said and listen to the raps,” Ray J added. “But if you need good partners and you need people that can advance you to the next level then…”

For him, though, Ray J says money isn’t an issue, so he’s cool with the meeting. “In my situation, the meeting with Jay-Z,” he said.
