When it comes to defending the mother of his newborn son, Matt Barnes knows no limits.

On Dec. 27, Barnes posted a special tribute to Anansa Sims for her 40th birthday.

"40 never looked so good... 🤤Happy Birthday beautiful, I Love you!!! I can’t thank you enough for making such a gorgeous baby boy," he wrote as the caption on a sultry photo of Sims on the beach.  

Although Barnes received thousands of comments on the photo, including special messages from other celebrities, his eye quickly became fixated on one particular message from a hater. 

"Surgery galore," commented the Instagram user. 

"Nope all natural you bum b—h! Have a nice day," Barnes responded with a heart-kissing, winking emoji. 

Barnes' comment, which received over 5,000 likes, quickly became the new point of discussion in the thread. 

"If my man don't defend me like Matt Barnes I will send back the palm wine," wrote meemeel0ve on Instagram.

"She must not know about her...sis is all natural! She got that body from genetics (Beverly Johnson)" wrote bellajmarie in the comment section.
