Legendary Comedian Sinbad Learning To Walk Again Two Years After A Stroke
In Nov. 2020, legendary comedian Sinbad suffered a stroke. Two years later, the 66-year-old is still recovering.
According to TMZ, a statement from the family said Sinbad is learning how to walk again. Additionally, he's still "fighting for every inch," and his limbs that were said to be "dead" are coming back to life.
A post on Sinbad official Instagram showed him with a walker. The caption also offered an option for fans and supporters to donate.
“Sinbad appreciates all the love and support you have shown him over the last two years. Many of you have asked for updates and if there is anything Sinbad needs or what you can do to help. As a result, the family has created a site where you can keep up to date with his progress and also provide an avenue for those who wish to give.”

Sinbad first rose to fame after appearing in several HBO comedy specials in the early 90s before starring in The Sinbad Show on Fox from 1993-94. He also played the beloved Coach Walter Oakes on A Different World. Sinbad recently co-starred in the Fox series Rel, which ran from 2018 to 2019.
