Here's Why Janet Jackson Allegedly Called Police While Her Ex-Husband Was With Their 1-Year-Old Son...
According to Entertainment Tonight, music and entertainment megastar Janet Jackson contacted police on Saturday (June 2) over concerns of her 1-year-old son Eissa Al Mana’s care while in custody of her former husband, Wissam Al Mana.
ET reports that Malibu County Sheriff’s Office said that responding officers arrived at the Nobu Hotel that evening for a welfare check on baby Eissa. At the time, he was in the care of Wissam when they responded to the call a little before 10 p.m.
Everything checked out OK by police, the site adds, however, the Queen of Pop’s brother Randy Jackson reportedly said that the 911 call was brought on by concerns from the nanny. She reportedly told Janet that she was unsettled by Wissam’s conduct around the child and was “terrified by his behavior and locked herself in a bathroom” to call her.
TMZ, on the other hand, adds that their law enforcement contact had more specific, and far more disturbing, apprehensions from the Unbreakable songstress that Wissam was using drugs around baby Eissa. TMZ adds that while police did their due diligence in the welfare check, they allegedly instructed both Wissam and Janet to “handle the matter civilly.”
There is currently no confirmation of these reports from Janet nor Wissam’s respective camps.
