Rapper YNW Melly Reportedly Rode Around With Two Dead Bodies In His Car, According To Police
New details have emerged in the double murder case of rising rapper YNW Melly.
The 19-year-old was arrested and charged with two first-degree murder charges for the shooting deaths of two of his friends, 21-year-old Anthony Williams and 19-year-old Christopher Thomas Jr.
Melly, whose government is Jamell Demons, reportedly staged a drive-by shooting tricking police into believing his friends were killed by someone else
Melly's friend and fellow rapper YNW Borlen, born Cortlen Henry, is accused of driving to an emergency rooms after his two friends were allegedly injured during a drive-by. Both Williams and Thomas Jr. succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds.
According to court documents obtained by Complex, both Melly and Henry are now being accused of driving around with the bodies of his former friends after they had reportedly been shot "for a period of time."
While Henry and YNW told police that a car pulled up beside their friends and opened fire on their car, police officials reportedly uncovered evidence that proved otherwise
According to TMZ, cops discovered the initial shot was fired from inside the car on the left passenger side. Investigators later determined Melly had been sitting on the left rear passenger side of the car.
Miramar Police Department took to social media announcing the charges against Melly and Henry.

Earlier this month Melly, who appeared on a track with Kanye West, took to Instagram revealing that he'd be turning himself in to police custody
If convicted, YNW Melly could face 15 years to life in prison.
