Watch: White Woman Makes Bizarre Facebook Live Video Moments After Black Suspect Is Shot in Wal-Mart Parking Lot

Not a great press day for the mega-store.

On Sunday afternoon, a parking lot shooting at a Wal-Mart in Shawnee, Kansas, resulted in the injuring of two people and the death on an alleged suspect.

The incident occurred when an unidentified woman stood at her car in the lot and began placing her infant child in the car seat. While she put her infant in the car, two attackers came up behind her and struck her in the back of the head.

When she was first hit, she screamed, alerting two Good Samaritans who came to her aid. As one of the Samaritans tried to help her, one of the attackers shot him multiple times. The other Good Samaritan then retrieved a gun and shot one of the alleged attackers dead, police said.

Both the injured Good Samaritan and the woman were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The other attacker took off running east and police used video surveillance and a K-9 team to track him down.

When police arrived at an apartment complex to arrest the second suspect, his mother Janet Lewis told police that her son was home during the shooting. However, police still took Lewis’s son into custody and are considering him a possible suspect because he matched the description of the attacker on surveillance.

As police taped off the area of the attack, a shopper named Wendy Russell Macrorie captured a video of the aftermath from her car.

“Apparently right in front of my car two men have been shot,” Macrorie said in her video. “I was inside buying some light bulbs and stuff — an inner tube for my son for his bike and everybody was telling everybody not to go outside.”

The video she posted to her Facebook page captured what appeared to be the alleged dead suspect lying on the ground, just feet away from her car. However, although the situation surrounding Macrorie was extremely upsetting, the general tone and demeanor of her video seemed odd.

She started off the video by saying, “So this is interesting. I am at Wal-Mart, which I hate going to, and this is happening in front of my car.” After giving her synopsis of the situation, she concluded by giving a warning for people to “be careful” when going to Wal-Mart.

The video she first posted to her Facebook has seemingly been removed, along with all other posts from her page.

As for the two injured victims, the woman’s condition was upgraded to good and her baby was unharmed in the incident. The wounded Good Samaritan was taken into surgery for his injuries and was awake and alert, officials said.
