Foxy Brown Mulling $2 Million Offer From Playboy

The Brooklyn rapper considers x-rated deal as she preps long-delayed album.

Foxy Brown may have once been arrested for showing off her rear, but the famous femcee may soon be using those same assets to her benefit. Brown is reportedly considering accepting a hefty sum to pose nude for Playboy.
According to a new profile in the New York Post, the raunchy rapper said she has been offered $2 million to appear on the cover of the Hugh Hefner's iconic men's magazine. Abbie O'Neill a rep for the mag would not confirm Foxy’s claim.

"Unfortunately, we never comment on who may or may not be appearing on our covers, that's been our policy," O’Neill told AllHipHop.com. "But if anything changes, we will let you know."

In the interview with the Post, Brown also spoke about her relationship with fellow Brooklyn rap great Jay-Z, who was a close associate that helped guide her career in the '90s.
"Jay and I are each other's history," she says. "We discovered each other, basically. Our first record together was what blew both of us up. We became Bonnie and Clyde."
Foxy also attributed her continued trouble with the law to personal vendettas and racial discrimination. She pointed to her 2004 arrest for assaulting her manicurist as an example.
"The prosecutors just wanted my head. If Lindsay Lohan was Black, she would have done two years, at least. Is there no equal standard?" she queried.
While serving time for the crime at New York City’s Rikers Island Jail, Foxy, who is planning to sue NYC, says officers were jealous of her celebrity.
"You'd have thought [President Barack] Obama was in the building when I walked in: The girls loved me," she says. "The officers were jealous because I was getting hundreds of thousands of letters a week."

Assuming her legal woes are behind her, Foxy is currently on the promo circuit for her long delayed album Black Roses and a planned memoir. She was recently acquitted in a harassment case stemming from a longstanding feud with her neighbor.

"Of course I want to release another album," she said of the 10-year lapse since her last release. "It's not that I've been twiddling my thumbs. I've had major setbacks."
