Kodak Black Delivers His Fourth Child Himself
Kodak Black welcomed his fourth child by delivering the baby himself.
Maranda Johnson, Kodak’s girlfriend, took to X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday (Feb.27) to announce the birth of their second child together.
“2/27 a prince was born,” Johnson wrote.
In another post, she confirmed that Kodak helped deliver their child.
“Our midwife really let Bill (Kodak’s real name is Bill Kapri) deliver our son himself.” she continued.
Although the child's gender has not been revealed, because Johnson referred to the newborn as a “prince,” many believe the child is a boy.
Along with a two-year-old daughter named Queen Yurih that he shares with Johnson, Kodak also has two other children from two prior relationships.
His daughter, Izzabelaa, was born to Daijanae Ward in 2022, and in 2016, his son, King Khalid Octave, was born to Jammiah Broomfield.
The birth of his newborn is welcomed news after Kodak has been embroiled in several legal issues. In December, he was charged with cocaine possession, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and improperly stopping or parking a vehicle. He also received a traffic violation for obstructing the road.
According to the officer’s report, they found Kodak asleep at the wheel and smelling of marijuana. They also discovered a Styrofoam cup which they believed contained an alcoholic beverage. Kodak admitted to having marijuana in his vehicle after he woke up.
Eventually, Kodaks's drug possession charge was dropped earlier this month and he was released from jail on Wednesday (Feb. 21).
