This Is Why People Are Freaking Out Over Supreme’s New Store
NYC streetwear brand Supreme looks like it has its sights on a global takeover. The popular line opened a new store in Paris on Thursday — it's 10th store worldwide — and if the crazy line is any indication, there's a big demand for skater-wear in France.
The French outpost is the second Supreme store to open in Europe, and will feature the brand’s entire collection, including skateboards, footwear, and all special releases. The store’s opening would have been exciting enough, but it got even better when Pharrell, Cam’Ron and Ian Connor showed up.
The store is located in the center of Paris’ Le Marais shopping district, and combines the style of the brand with the culture of Paris, incorporating artwork, wooden fixtures, and metal clothing railings that create a beautiful mixture of a traditional and modern aesthetic.
Celebrity attendees shared their excitement for the store opening by posting on their social media pages.
