This iconic movie, set against the backdrop of a bustling Chicago barbershop, showcased the camaraderie of the shop's colorful characters and delivered powerful social commentary about the resiliency of communities. Ice Cube (Calvin Palmer): Since his role as Calvin Palmer, Ice Cube has continued to dominate the entertainment industry. He's released music, produced films, and starred in various successful projects. His influence extends far beyond the barbershop, he also launched Big3, a 3-on-3 basketball league. 

Cedric the Entertainer (Eddie): Cedric the Entertainer has maintained his status as a comedy icon. His television, stand-up comedy, and film work has kept him in the spotlight, making us laugh and think with every performance. He starred in CBS' "The Neighborhood" for five seasons. The show was renewed for a sixth but has been put on hold due to the writer's strike.

Anthony Anderson (J.D.): Anthony Anderson's career has soared since his portrayal of J.D. He's become a household name, particularly for his role in the hit TV series "Black-ish." His comedic talent continues to shine. However, he has teamed up with Cedric for "Kings of BBQ," which is currently airing on A&E.
