Soulja Boy Sues Tasha K For Defamation Over Interview Claiming He Had Sexual Encounter With Man

This is the gossip blogger’s second lawsuit filed by a celebrity.

Tasha K is in trouble again!

Soulja Boy is suing both Tasha K and William The Baddest for defamation after they allegedly made false statements about him having a sexual encounter with a man.

Billboard reported that in a new lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles court, the “Kiss Me Thru the Phone’ rapper brought up a May 16 interview on Tasha K’s “Catch The Tea Podcast” in which William allegedly mentioned explicit details of an apparent romantic relationship with him.

According to Soulja Boy’s lawyers, those remarks were not true and have brought “embarrassment and disgrace that can cause fans to abandon and withdraw from supporting him.”

“Plaintiff has suffered actual reputational and professional harm as a result of defendants maliciously targeting plaintiff and seeking to sabotage his careers, redefining his character as a man who is not straight, a fraud and dishonest person in the entertainment industry, as a public figure, which is not true,” his lawyers continued.

According to the lawsuit, during the tell-all interview, William said, “So I walked over there, I get on my knee, he’s sitting on the edge of his bed. I started giving him oral, it’s a big thang and it grew, you know to the left.”

After the interview aired, Soulja Boy said William was “harassing and tormenting” him on social media, including an X (formerly known as Twitter) post with a “defaming and embarrassing sexual photoshopped picture.”

The video has been taken down from Tasha K’s YouTube channel. “Although the publications may be deleted, plaintiff will forever be damaged by the publications never being removed from the web,” the rapper’s lawyers added.

This is not the first time Tasha K has been accused of defamation. Back in 2022, Cardi B won a nearly $4 million defamation verdict against the blogger over obscene comments about STDs, prostitution, and drugs.
