Benzino Arrested for Drug Possession and Driving With a Suspended License
Former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Benzino was arrested in Atlanta on Wednesday (Feb. 11) after he was stopped by police for not wearing his seatbelt.
According to TMZ, while he was initially pulled over for refusing to buckle up, cops further discovered that the TV personality's license was suspended and that he had marijuana stashed in his Maserati.
Benzino was reportedly taken into custody where he was charged with the "belt violation, suspended license and possession of marijuana." His bail is currently set at $2,269.
Trouble seems to be following Benzino of late. The music producer was arrested just last month for carrying a loaded .9mm gun past airport security in Atlanta.
