Usher Celebrates Oldest Son Cinco’s 16th Birthday with On-stage Shout Out
Usher showed love to his eldest child on his birthday.
The "Good Good" singer's son, Usher "Cinco" Raymond V, celebrated his 16th trip around the sun on Nov. 26. To mark the occasion, the proud dad paid tribute to him during his Las Vegas residency, as reported by PEOPLE. Usher shared the moment in a post on Instagram.
"This is a special night to me because my first born was born tonight. It's Cinco's birthday and I dedicated this performance to him which is why I was going so hard," he said while on stage.
The caption within his post echoed the same sentiments. "Happy super sixteen to my firstborn @cincoye we celebrating U in ATL & Vegas," he penned in the caption.
The Grammy winner's post also included a FaceTime call between him and Cinco on the special day.
"I want to be the first to say happy birthday to you," he told his son. "I love you," Usher said, to which Cinco reciprocated.
The 16-year-old celebrated with an epic birthday bash that some might dub the party of the year. The second slide of Usher's post highlighted the soiree that featured a lavish dessert bar, carnival attractions and arcade games.
No party is complete without the crowd being on the same accord to the beat. The crowd was captured moving from left to right while Fast Life Yungstaz's party anthem "Swag Surfin'" played.
You know how we do when that song comes on.
Rapper G Herbo also hit the stage with the birthday boy and led the crowd in wishing him a happy birthday.
Usher shares Cinco and a 14-year-old son, Naviyd Ely Raymond, with ex-wife Tameka Foster. He is also dad to Sovereign Bo, 2, and son Sire Raymond, 20 months, with girlfriend, Jenn Goicoechea.
