The music world still seems to be celebrating hip hop breakout star Cardi B and her boyfriend Offset's engagement as well as Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka'oir's marriage, but the big news for both came with some shade directed toward another "hip hop couple," of sorts: Chrissy Lampkin and Jim Jones.

It all started when a fan of the couple shaded the former Love & Hip Hop OGs by reminding folks that Chrissy proposed to the rapper years ago, and they have yet to tie the knot.

Jim Jones wasn't the only one disapproving of the jab: His fiancée, Chrissy Lampkin, also took to Instagram to share her thoughts in a slew of Instagram posts and quotes.

The "Ballin' " rapper also slid into Chrissy's comments to reassure her that she's the one for him:

One can't help but wonder, though. Are they going to get married?
