If you’re prone to sensational celebrity gossip, you might be one of the folks who bought into a rumor regarding an alleged shady moment at the 2018 Met Gala from Barbadian bad gal Rihanna aimed at reality television sensation, Kendall Jenner.

According to Bossip’s coverage of an alleged Star Magazine source, RiRi supposedly took shots at the Kardashian-Jenner sister’s figure in her Met Gala ensemble.

“Rihanna was standing next to Kendall Jenner at the bar and loudly said, ‘Good thing I have curves to pull this outfit off, I would hate to be a stick figure!” Bossip states of the source’s statement. “Then she just stared at Kendall, laughed in her face and walked away.”

Nonetheless, there’s a few pertinent reasons to side-eye the report from the celebrity buzz magazine. Firstly, RiRi has been heavy on her body positivity advocacy, as evidenced by the release of her spanking new, all-body type inclusive Savage X Fenty lingerie line. Not to mention, there’s no actual proof of such a statement aside from baseless hearsay, so we’d advise that the Rihanna Navy take the alleged Star Magazine rumor for exactly what it is: a rumor.
