Johnathan Majors loves Meagan Good and he wants the world to know it.

Complex reports that the couple was in Los Angeles where they made an appearance on the red carpet at the 7th annual African American Film Critics Association (AAFCA)’s Special Achievement Awards luncheon on Sunday (Mar. 3).

When asked by a reporter how they were doing, Majors did not hesitate to express his adoration for Good.

"In love," Majors said with a big smile. "We're doing good, thanks for asking."

"We're doing great. God's good,” Good added.

Majors and Good also spoke about the importance of attending the event to support filmmaker Deon Taylor, who the couple considers to be a mentor, and who was one of the honorees at the awards gala.

The event was the couple’s first red carpet outing following Majors’ being found guilty of assault and harassment of former girlfriend Grace Jabbari, in December.

During a sit-down interview with ABC “News Live” in January, Majors expressed his love for Good and likened her to Coretta Scott King for her support during his difficult ordeal.

“She’s an angel. She’s held me down like a Coretta” Majors said. 

“I’m so blessed to have her. The relationship is still fresh, but I think I’ve found her.”
