He hasn't settled on titles yet, but Lil Boosie has every intention of doubling up on his album releases this year. The Louisiana rapper's sixth studio LP will drop July 15, followed by another album in December.

The 31-year-old opted for two full-length projects rather than getting his feet wet with a mixtape. "I ain't wanna come home and play with a mixtape game, I wanted to come home and hit 'em hard. Get that machine behind it, and be successful. Show the world," he told Complex.

T.I., Jeezy and 2 Chainz are among the features. "[I'm] Working on getting some more people, but the album is almost finished, we just got to get the features and samples cleared, and things like that," said Boosie.

"Everybody in the game" has been reaching out since he was released from prison last month, he added. "Even comedians," he said. "Katt Williams, Mike Epps ... Jeezy, [Rick] Ross, T.I., Meek [Mill] … Game. Everybody reached out to me from knowing me when I was out. I was always a solid, humble dude, and I always made good music. They got respect for me like I got respect for them … real people do real things."

Two albums in a year is an ambitious feat, and Boosie's up for the challenge. "Right now, it is a Boosie takeover," he told XXL. "I’m tryna soak my raw oats. That’s basically the idea. I am just trying to go in and go hard. You know, I slept too many days."

Boosie's last studio album was Incarcerated, released in 2010.
