For part one of Beyoncé’s annual Halloween show-stopping, the queen took her hat off to another R&B-soul legend by tossing on her low-cut wig for a recreation of Toni Braxton’s self-titled debut album of 1993.
Complete with every pose, shot, and aesthetic of the project’s cover, she even threw a clever spin on her Halloween alter ego: Phoni Braxton. The BeyHive had nothing but knees to bow onto for yet another brilliant spooky season slay from the Queen Bey. The internet, on the other hand, had jokes, which dragged the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch Kris Jenner along for their Photoshopping shenanigans ride.

One PhotoShopper had another idea in mind for the queen’s Halloween look, however
Grabbing one of her Phoni Braxton flicks and doctoring it onto a Twitter message from Kris Jenner, the tweet read, “Thank @Beyonce!!! I love it.” Coincidentally enough, Bey’s wig isn’t that far off from the Kris Jenner’s signature old-fashioned hairdo if you really look at it.
But of course, the real ones know who rocked it first and who rocked it best, right Bey?
