Real Housewives Of Potomac Reportedly Adding Two New Faces For Season 8
The Bravo hit series, Real Housewives of Potomac is coming back with two new cast members.
According to TV Deets, Keiana Stewart is joining Season 8 as a friend to Wendy Osefo.
The outlet wrote on Instagram that Keiana is an accomplished businesswoman and the owner of K. Stewart Beauty & Wellness located in Baltimore, Maryland. TV Deets notes, "She attended Candiace’s concert on June 10, marking the first time the new co-stars have been seen in public together — although the concert was not filmed by Bravo for Season 8."
Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Robyn Dixon, Wendy Osefo, Mia Thornton, and Candiace Dillard Basset are all returning. Nneka Ihim is joining the cast as a new full-time Housewife. A licensed attorney, Ihim graduated from the University of Michigan and the University of Wisconsin Law School. Per Collider, She has also previously worked as a CNN correspondent, as has Wendy.
Also, according to Collider, fans are split on the fact that all the previous cast members are returning especially after Season 7 was fraught with conflict, fighting, and infidelity involving cast member Robyn Dixon's husband Juan.
In an exclusive interview with BET.com earlier this year, Robyn said that she has no regrets about sharing details of her life on the show. "No, I have no regrets at all," she said, "I believe it’s important to let our viewers know that no one’s life or relationship is perfect. I frequently hear from people thanking me for sharing my story because they share similar experiences and have felt shame or embarrassment. They feel they have no one to talk to about their experiences, so seeing someone on TV openly talk about their relationship issues and struggles gives them hope and comfort."
Bravo has not revealed when The Real Housewives of Potomac will return for Season 8. Based on the premiere dates of previous seasons, viewers can expect the premiere this fall.
