Family and friends are preparing to say their final goodbyes to former model and beloved mother, Kim Porter.

Details about funeral services for the 47-year-old mother of four have officially been confirmed.

According to WTVM, Porter's funeral will be held in her hometown of Columbus Georgia on Saturday, November 24.

Charles E. Huff International Funeral Home confirmed that there will be a public viewing held from noon to 6 p.m. on Friday, November 23 at Columbus' Cascade Hills Church. There will be another public viewing from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday before the official funeral commences.

Porter's former partner and father of her children, Diddy, is reportedly preparing to send his 'more than soul mate' off in style. According to TMZ, the music mogul has planned for Porter's casket to travel in a carriage pulled by horses. Acclaimed pastor T.D. Jakes will reportedly officiate the funeral service.

Kim Porter was found dead in her Los Angeles home after complaining of flu-like symptoms on Thursday. An official cause of death has yet to be released, but authorities believe that Kim Porter succumbed to complications from cardiac arrest.
