Although it is a brand new year, some of Blac Chyna's past drama has followed her into 2017.

Starting with the good news, it has been reported that the drug charges stemming from her early 2016 arrest at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas have now been dropped. According to the report, Blac Chyna completed "a sufficient amount" of classes and has been on her best behavior, resulting in the charges being dismissed.

Unfortunately, Blac Chyna also has been hit with some bad news, this time in the form of a threat of a potential lawsuit.

As reported by TMZ, her alleged managers, Jason Alston and Lincoln Hayes, of Infinite Grind Multimedia, are claiming that, back in 2007, they signed Blac Chyna to a 10-year contract.

Not only that, but the pair is also claiming that the contract binds Blac Chyna to offer over 50% of her earnings during the agreed upon time period. Especially considering the breakout year she had in 2016, catapulting to a Kardashian-level of fame and success, the money she may have to fork up as a result of her first deal likely isn't chump change.

According to TMZ, the amount in question is at least $3 million in unpaid fees, but the exact amount remains unclear because Alston and Hayes claim she made deals without consulting or informing them.

The report also shares that Blac Chyna's alleged managers are threatening to sue if she doesn't hand over the money she allegedly owes by June.
