Scarface has been in jail since October 2010 and will remain behind bars until he pays off his child support, XXL magazine reports. The Houston rapper, who is in Harris County Jail in Texas, has two active child support warrants for $123,372 in addition to two other child support charges. Bonds have been set for all four cases: one for $93,376, another for $50,000, a third for $30,000 and a final one for $500 totalling $173,876.

There's still no word on when the former Geto Boys leader will be released, but a representative for Harris County's 7th precinct says he will stay in jail until all the women who have accused Scarface are paid what they're due. He also being held for unspecified federal charges.
