Stevie J Claps Back to Joseline’s Paternity Test Request With an Epic Demand of His Own
Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez still can't see eye to eye when it comes to their soon-to-be-born baby. The Love & Hip-Hop stars have been battling it out in court and on social media, with Stevie refusing to admit the baby is his and Joseline demanding a paternity test — and the check that comes with it once it's confirmed that her former "husband" is the daddy.
Well, there's been a new development in this mess. According to TMZ, Stevie is finally willing to take the paternity test, but with one major condition — if the baby is his, he wants full custody.
Stevie claims Joseline is an unfit mother and is asking the court to award him primary physical custody. In the court documents, he also claims Joseline may have abused drugs during the pregnancy and that she has anger issues as evidenced by her acts of violence against him in the past. He fears she'll "engage in acts of parental alienation" once the child is born and keep him away from his kid.
Of course, along with full custody, he'll want the child support from Joseline.
Joseline is 33 weeks pregnant according to her latest tweets, which means these two only have a few more weeks to figure their ish out.
