Gucci Mane being freed from prison isn’t the only thing fans have to be excited about. If you care about his longevity in life, you’d be happy to know he’s slimmed up and is healthy as ever.

Keyshia Ka’oir, GWOP’s girlfriend, took to Instagram right after her man got out and had to show the world his new abs. She also posted a video of him recording with a bunch of icy jewelry on (of course), so it looks like he’s already getting back to making those trademark bangers.

Gucci’s lawyer also recently spoke out on his client’s behalf and explained why he was released from prison early. Attorney Drew Findling apparently filed a series of motions a few months ago claiming the rapper hadn’t received credit for previous time served at the Federal Correctional Institution in Terre Haute, Indiana.

"The original computation didn't give him that credit," Findling told the Associated Press. "We had to file a series of motions. Ultimately, the judge signed an order acknowledging he was entitled to that credit. Then the bureau of prison immediately gave him that credit."

Gucci Mane was supposedly slated for release on September 20, according to prison records. His three-year state sentence came after pleading guilty to aggravated assault for attacking a fan at an Atlanta nightclub. That sentence ran concurrently with a 39-month federal sentence from a 2014 conviction of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
