YouTube sensation Dr. Sandra Lee (aka Dr. Pimple Popper) is a dermatologist who started filming YouTube videos of her popping some gruesome pimples. Her page has just reached 1 million followers, and just like anyone would, she felt the need to celebrate.

To commemorate the tremendous milestone, she has compiled a video that is equal parts glorious and nauseating.

Dr. Pimple Popper wrote a wonderful message to her subscribers. In part of the message, she wrote, “I am so humbled. I am so lucky to have such a great group of popaholics who enjoy seeing what I do and love my patients as much as I do. I'd like to think if more world leaders were popaholics, we would have much less strife in this world.”
