If you've a Nicole Scherzinger fan, uncircle November 15 from your calendar. The former Pussycat Doll's debut album, Killer Love, originally set to be released before Thanksgiving, has been delayed to December 6, says The Hollywood Reporter.

The long-delayed album, which Scherzinger has been working on for five years, has already dropped in an alternate version in the UK and peaked at a respectable No. 8 there. No reason was given for the latest delay and the singer's label, Interscope Records, would only say that the new release date would be "early December."

In May, the Pussycat Dolls singer explained the change of plans, telling Rap-Up.com, “At the time I was doing my U.K. album, I was really into more dance-inspired music, which is amazing and so much fun for Europe. For the U.S., I wanted to go back to my roots where I started, a little bit more urban sounding ’cause that’s still a very big part of me as well.”

The U.S. version of Killer Love features an alternate tracklisting and production by RedOne, Jim Jonsin, The-Dream, Harvey Mason, Jr. (with R. Kelly) and Tricky Stewart. Featured guests reportedly include 50 Cent (“Right There”), Snoop Dogg (“Peep Show”) and Sting (“Power’s Out”).

Hopefully Scherzinger's album will make it in time for stocking-stuffer season. Good things come to those who wait (very, very patiently), right?
