Naomi Osaka is getting back into the swing of things.

After welcoming baby Shai into the world with boyfriend Cordae, the tennis star is letting fans in on what she is doing to maintain her physique. On Monday, the new mom took to Instagram with images and videos highlighting her training sessions, as reported by PEOPLE.

In the post, the new mom takes full advantage of the sunny and clear skies while breaking a sweat outdoors.

The first snap in her carousel of images features her standing on blue pavement while wearing a pair of gray leggings, a blue baseball cap, and a green and purple top while chunking up the deuce.

Following that image, Osaka demonstrates her strength while pulling a machine that targets the entire body.

For Osaka, there is no time like the present to go full force for the best workout. She races up a hill in the next slide while a supporter cheers, “Go Naomi!” After arriving at the  stopping point with her running partner, she jokingly says, “I hate you.”

The four-time Grand Slam champion rounded out her post with a cute selfie between two cardio machines.

On July 10, the outlet reported that she gave birth to her daughter, whom she shares with rapper Cordae. A source also told the outlet that at the time, the the mommy and daughter duo were “doing well.”

The proud mom broke the news she was expecting on Instagram in January. She shared a sonogram of her growing baby, along with a heartfelt message.  “I know realize that life is short and I don’t take any moments from granted, everyday is a new blessing and adventure. I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future, one thing I’m looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, “that’s my mom”, haha.”
