It’s been just about two months since rumors first started circulating that Toni Braxton and Birdman are an item, and considering the two were arm-in-arm at the BET Awards, those rumors aren’t coming out of nowhere.

For the first time, the Cash Money CEO finally spoke up about his relationship with the R&B singer, saying the two are strictly homies. We’re not so sure if we believe that one, but it is nice to hear it coming straight from Baby’s mouth.

“We went to the BET Awards,” he said during a radio appearance on Real 92.3. “What’s the big deal?”

“Toni cool as f**k, man,” he continued. “Super cool. That’s the homegirl. I’ve been knowing her for a long time. We went to the BET Awards. What’s the big deal? We did music together. We got one coming out together.”

Speaking of relationships, Birdman went on to talk about how his bond with Lil Wayne is still tarnished, but he's not counting out the two making amends. 

“I got a little situation with Wayne we gotta get in order, but I’m looking forward to doing it,” he said on-air, marking the first time in months he’s spoken on the subject. “At some point, we gonna get together. It ain’t like we enemies…in no kind of way. He’s what I came in the game with and what I wanna leave in the game with.”

Interesting, because last we heard, it looked as though a reconciliation was out of the picture completely, with Weezy reminding us during his live performances they still aren’t cool.
