Tatyana Ali is creating some side-eye emojis with a couple of her most recent social media posts.
Taking to Twitter, the actress and singer posted a picture of herself standing next to a gold plaque for her 1998 smash hit "Daydreamin'" and the caption, “Back to where I left off 🤫 🎶.”
On Thursday (October 12), Ali tweeted something that excited her fans: "It’s been a long time. But sometimes you gotta wait for the right time and the right people…”

So this begs the question, could Tatyana Ali return to releasing music? A few people in her replies think so.
“Oh wowwww. We're ready!” one user tweeted back to her. “Let me write you a song or two 👀,” another wrote.
If she were to drop new music, it would be Ali’s first since her 2014 single “Wait for It.” Album-wise, she hasn’t released one since 1998’s Kiss the Sky, which featured the standout singles “Daydreamin’” and the Will Smith-featured “Boy You Knock Me Out.”
