Here’s How Rob and Chyna’s Epic Drama Is Affecting Their Custody Agreement
While Rob and Chyna's beef may have been expected to spill over into their custody agreement with their daughter, Dream, it seems as the opposite is actually the case as their co-parenting agreement is much more calm and collected than many would have guessed.
According to TMZ, while the former couple is attacking one another in both the legal system and on social media, they have kept the drama from negatively affecting their 8-month-old.
They reportedly have been operating under an "unwritten agreement" which highlights that they are each entitled to physical custody 50 percent of the time. This arrangement has been "loose by consent," with Rob most recently having dream for four days a week, while Chyna takes her for the remaining three. A staff of nannies and nurses is reportedly always present.
Interestingly, while Chyna headed to court to get a restraining order against Rob, Dream was in his care.
The former couple also reportedly has no trouble in the co-parenting department, managing to keep their personal beef separate from their daughter's needs.
Proving that this is as civilized as the exes have been for quite some time, the site reports that Rob and Chyna do not plan to head to court to ask a judge to make a formal child custody order. However, they do reportedly plan to solidify their personal arrangement in writing.
While everything seems peachy for now, time has proven that you never really know with these two.
