Chief Keef checked into the Cook County Jail Tuesday (Oct. 15) after being sentenced to 20 days for a failed drug test, TMZ reports. The 18-year-old rapper tested positive for marijuana, directly violating the terms of his probation stemming from a May speeding bust.

Keef, birth name Keith Cozart, pleaded guilty to a single speeding charge in June. He was pulled over going 110 mph in a 55 mph, and was ordered to undergo random drug screening alongside having his license suspended for 18 months. 

Before turning himself in today, he posted a photo on Instagram with the caption, "Outside The Court House Turnin My Self In But F--- It I Got N----s Facin More Then That ! For S--- Like killin Police officers."

Return trips to jail, and a slew of other legal troubles doesn't seem to have any effect on the rapper, who was said to be turning his life around earlier in the year. Sosa reportedly met with Chicago Pastor Corey Brooks during a 60-day bid for a separate offense, and promised to get baptized after his release. Brooks later canceled the church ceremony, telling his congregation that Keef wasn't ready  to take the religious step. "I don't know if he'll ever be baptized here," Brooks said. "Sometimes you have to let the cards fall where they may."

Unlike his earlier sentence, Keef won't be spending too much time behind bars. He's expected to be released Wednesday (Oct. 16), due to overcrowding.
