Rihanna Debuts On Forbes Annual Billionaires List
Rihanna has officially joined Forbes’ billionaire list for the first time in her highly successful career.
According to the publication’s report, the 34-year-old entertainer and entrepreneur reached billionaire status back in 2021 with a then estimated net worth of $1.7 billion. RiRi’s wealth mostly stems from her fashion and beauty ventures.
She ranks in at No. 1,729 out of the 2,668 billionaires who have jaw-dropping collective net worth of $12.7 trillion.
Her Fenty Beauty cosmetics line makes up the majority her riches but the luxury conglomerate LVMH, which she co-owns, reportedly saw more than $550 million in revenue in 2020.
The Anti artist also has a 30 percent stake in her lingerie line Savage x Fenty, which hit $115 million in series B funding at $1 billion in 2021.
Other celebrities who made the annual billionaire list include Kanye West (No. 1,513 with $2 billion); Kim Kardashian (No. 1,645, $1.8 billion); Jay-Z (No. 2,076, $1.4 billion); Tyler Perry (No. 2,578, $1 billion); and Oprah Winfrey (No. 1,196, $2.6 billion).
