Bun B Isn’t Here For Lil B’s Curse, Texas Been Cooking
TMZ Sports caught up with the H-Town native and said there's no way that Lil B could take credit for the team firing coach Kevin McHale earlier this week or that the curse remains on Rockets' All-Star James Harden because both he and the Beard stole the cooking dance from his late UGK partner Pimp C.
"I've known Lil B since he was in the Pack. I support him musically. But we don't buy into that because we know that Pimp C created [the cooking dance] not Lil B," Bun said. "We don't stand for that."
If you remember, the whole origin of Lil B putting his hex on Harden was over the allegation that the shooting guard stole his cooking dance.
Bun also shot down any thought of the Kardashians cursing the Rockets, since Harden is dating Khloe Kardashian.
"That's preposterous," Bun added. "When people are so in love with a team and passionate about it, they need to make an excuse to feel better."
Now that an OG in the game like Bun B has spoken, it will be interesting to see if the Based God keeps running with his hex on Harden and Rockets or drops it out of respect.
