Black Friday Chaos Puts A Man In Critical Condition After Being Shot Outside A Mall
Just because the Internet is claiming a majority of holiday shopping, that doesn’t mean Black Friday at malls and department stores isn’t still popping.
Case in point, it’s projected that 164 million Americans will spend nearly $1,000 each this weekend and it all began yesterday (November 23) on Thanksgiving.
Videos are already surfacing online of shoppers stampeding each other into Walmarts and stores like it across the country. Numerous injury instances have been reported with perhaps the most serious happening in Missouri where a 19-year-old man was reportedly shot outside a mall. He’s currently in critical condition.
In Hoover, Alabama, a fight in one mall became very violent, which culminated in paramedics having to be called to the scene to treat those injured.
If you’re looking to avoid being trampled, perhaps Cyber Monday would be more your speed. According to expert predictions, $19.7 billion will be spent between Thanksgiving and Monday.
