Janet Jackson has been out of the spotlight since the birth of her baby boy, but the headlines just can't leave her alone.
A few weeks ago her former mother-in-law, Etterlene DeBarge, re-ignited the theory that Jackson had a "secret child" with her son, James DeBarge, over 30 years ago. That alleged secret daughter, Tiffany Whyte, also resurfaced — much to the jest of the internet.

Now, Etterlene's daughter, Bunny DeBarge has emerged from the woodworks with some theories and thoughts of her own.

Bunny, for the record, doesn't believe her mom's theory that Tiffany is Janet and James's daughter, and apologizes for the tabloid frenzy.
"I'm like, 'Mom, maybe she's some kin to you but she's not James [DeBarge] and Janet's daughter. Come on now,'" she recalls on Inside Ediition.

Bunny went on to say that she believes Whyte is simply looking for fame and apologized for how the conspiracy has been handled by her mother, saying, "I would like to apologize to Janet and tell her as a family we would not have done it like that." 
However, Bunny believes there is a secret child out there, something she says “has haunted the family a long time." It's just not Tiffany. 
Bunny confirmed, “When the marriage was annulled... Janet was pregnant and James believed that as well," she said, continuing, "I think we all believe that James and Janet had a child."
