First Look: Mike Tyson Documentary Undisputed Truth
Much has been said and written about Mke Tyson, and now the controversial heavyweight champ finally shares his life story in his own words. The first trailer has been released for Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth, the documentary directed by Spike Lee and based on Tyson's one-man show of the same name.
The trailer shows clips from an off-Broadway performance of Tyson's show interspersed with archival footage from his life and career. Tyson himself is the only narrator of the film. He is alternatively candid, silly, funny and brutally honest. "I had been arrested more than 38 times before I was 12 years old," he says at the beginning of the trailer, later touching on topics from his accomplishments in the ring (Tyson was the world's youngest heavyweight champion) and his trials outside of it.
Watch the trailer before for a look at Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth, which will air on HBO September 16.
