    Ingredients

    • 6 cups fresh watermelon cubed
    • 2 (750ml) bottles white wine
    • 2 cups watermelon vodka
    • 3 cups lemon-lime soda
    • 1/4 cup stevia or sweetener of choice

    Instructions
    1. Add cubed watermelon to blender and blend on high until well pureed. Pour through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth into a gallon jug.
    2. Gather up sides of cheesecloth and squeeze to force out as much watermelon juice as possible. Discard pulp.
    3. Add white wine, vodka, and soda and stir to combine. Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly.
    4. Refrigerate for 2-6 hours to let the flavors combine. Serve over ice with a sprig of mint and extra cubed watermelon (if desired).

    Recipe Notes
Slight separation is normal, just stir to combine before serving.

    • Habanero sea salt, optional
    Instructions
    1. In a large pitcher add all the ingredients and stir to combine.
    2. Gently press some of the jalapenos against the side of the pitcher to release some of their spiciness.

  5. watermelon frosé

    Recipe courtesy of Howsweeteats.com

    Ingredients

    • 1 (standard 750mL) bottle of rosé
    • 1/2 cup fresh watermelon syrup (recipe below)
    • 1/2 cup fresh watermelon juice
    • 1/2 lime, juiced
    • watermelon slices for garnish
watermelon syrup (find the recipe here)
    • 1/2 cup fresh watermelon juice (from about 2 cups of fresh watermelon cubes)
    • 1/3 cup sugar

    Instructions
    1. The night before, pour the rosé into two ice cube trays (you might need three trays depending on the size, but two should do it!) and freeze.
    2. When it's time to make the frosé, place the ice cubes, watermelon syrup and juice, and juice from 1/2 a lime in the blender.
    3. Blend until it's a slushy-like consistency. I like to refrain from adding ice until I see the consistency. Some rosé's freeze different, so you might need a handful or 2 of ice to make it more slushy. If it's TOO icy and won't blend, add more watermelon juice (not syrup) or some rosé from another bottle if desired.
    4. Scoop the frosé into your glasses and garnish with a watermelon wedge.

  6. Water-Minty Melon

    Ingredients
    • 2 fresh mint leaves
    • 1 ½ ounces of premium vodka
    • 1 ½ ounces of fresh watermelon juice
    • ¼ teaspoon agave syrup
    • Spring mint (for garnish)
    • Small wedge watermelon (for garnish)

    Instructions
    1. Rip the mint in half to release it’s flavor and throw into shaker.
    2. Add vodka, juice and agave syrup.
    3. Shake with Ice.

    Recipe Notes
For a healthier option, you can skip the vodka and add club soda instead for a refreshing mocktail.
