Here’s a First Look at Jordan Peele’s Next Horror Picture ‘Nope’
Let the countdown to July 22 begin, as the first look footage from Jordan Peele’s Nope has arrived in the form of a teaser video.
With the full trailer release coming on Super Bowl Sunday, the teaser provides a look at Peele’s cast: Daniel Kaluuya, Steven Yeun, and Keke Palmer.
While there isn't any info on the horror film's plot, the movie serves as Peele's directorial follow-up to Get Out and Us, which each earned $255 million at the worldwide box office upon their respective releases.
Nope aims to follow in the same vein as Peele’s previous social thrillers, and with his track record firmly established, promises big scares and a hefty commentary to have after the credits roll.

Peele last directed Kaluuya in Get Out, which was nominated for four Oscars, earning the director an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. Nope, in addition to being a first-time working project with Yeun and Palmer, will find Peele teaming up with Christopher Nolan's go-to cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema, who was Academy Award-nominated for his work on Dunkirk.
Nope will be released in theaters on July 22 from Universal Pictures.
