Kevin Hart Brutally Drags Katt Williams In Epic, Expletive-Filled Rant
Kevin Hart is currently on the promo trail for his forthcoming film, Night School, with Tiffany Haddish, and while on a recent stop, the comic took the opportunity to share his thoughts on Katt Williams' unwarranted discrediting of Haddish's come-up.
To say he went in on the comedy legend would be an immense understatement, as Hart touched on a slew of touchy details ranging from Williams' allegedly self-serving rise to his substance abusive journey in the expletive-filled rant.
During an interview on Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club on Friday morning, Hart spiritedly addressed Williams' outburst from last week where he took aim at Hart, Haddish and several other comedians including the likes of Lil' Rel, Jerrod Carmichael and several others.
Specifically sharing his gripe with the Atlanta guest-star's words on Haddish, where he claimed she hasn't proven herself as a comedian and rose to the top of the chain by sleeping with white men, Hart didn't hold back, at all.
"My frustrations with Katt Williams come from, you keep pointing Hollywood. Hollywood this. The white man. This, this, and this," he said. "When do you take responsibility for your actions? You had the shot. You were the guy. You were set up to be the star. You didn't show up to work. You f****d off promo shoots. You f****d off promo trips that they had set up for you. You became a risk to the studios, which is why the studios stopped f*****g with you!"
When asked why Williams was a risk, Hart quickly responded, "He chose drugs. Take responsibility for what you chose and say, 'You know what? I gotta fix me and I'ma come back and stand up for comedy.'"
As things intensified, he specifically took aim at Williams for his words against his sister in comedy, Haddish.
"Katt Williams, have you ever used your platform to f*****g bring the people that were under you up? You haven't!" he said. "You f***k you. Nobody else did... Don't s**t on my sister's light 'cause you're not happy with your s**t."
