Kat Graham Reveals She and Darren Genet Are No Longer Engaged
Actress Kat Graham announced on Twitter this week that she and cinematographer Darren Genet are no longer together.
The couple started dating in 2017 after meeting on the set of The Vampire Diaries, according to Popsugar. They kept their relationship private for several years, but in 2021 they shared a few sweet photos on social media.
They also went out together to Time's Person of the Year reception in NYC in December 2022.
Fans shared their support of Graham and Genet in response to her tweet, with one writing, "I hope you both are happy and get the best things in life."
In 2021, Graham shared a photo of herself and Genet kissing on Valentine's Day. The picture is still up on her Instagram.
Graham starred in The Vampire Diaries as a powerful witch named Bonnie Bennett, a role she played throughout the show from 2009 to 2017.
She also played Jada Pinkett Smith in the 2017 Tupac Shakur biopic, All Eyez On Me.
According to The Daily Mail, Graham is set to appear in a forthcoming Tyler Perry film called Black, White & Blue.
