DJ Khaled, Jay Z and Future Are About To Break The Internet
DJ Khaled, Jay Z and Future have a major drop on the way.
Their highly-anticipated single, “I Got The Keys” had the masses talking before the track was even released. In addition to the song’s all-star lineup, the upcoming accompanying visuals has the trio squadding up even thicker. Donning clean black suits, Khaled, Hov and Future will be joined by Big Sean, Fabolous, T.I., Swizz Beatz, A$AP Ferg, Rick, Ross, 2 Chainz, Bryson Tiller and more for the video. Photos released on social media reveal that the artists will come face-to-face with a group of police officers for a clip that is expected to be powerful.
During his appearance at this year’s BET Genius Talks, DJ Khaled shared that the video will premiere following the 2016 BET Awards show. He also discussed the magnitude of the upcoming video on his Apple Music We The Best Radio show on Friday (June 24).
"This video is powerful. It’s iconic. It’s amazing," Khaled said. "First of all, Jay Z don’t shoot no videos. He barely shoots his own videos. It’s very rare that you see the icon Jay Z. Very rare."
During his sit-down with ESPN’s His & Hers hosts Jemele Hill and Michael Smith, DJ Khaled also discussed his ninth album, Major Key. In keeping with the album’s motivational title, the We The Best producer proceeded to give his now-signature impromptu speech to the audience, issuing his famous warning to “Stay away from ‘they.’” Khaled also talked fatherhood and sent a special message to his unborn son.
“My son has been coming up in a lot of my interviews. So I want to take my time in front of this camera to tell you how much I love you. When you come out, I hope you see this interview. I love you so much. I got us.”
