Chris Brown's Bodyguard Leaves Hospital
Last night's reported bottle-throwing brawl involving the entourages of Drake, Chris Brown and possibly Meek Mill during Teyana Taylor's G.O.O.D. Music signing party at W.I.P. in New York City has resulted in several injuries. Brown is currently sporting a deep gash on his chin and his bodyguard Big Pat was released from the hospital this afternoon [June 14] after receiving treatment for a head injury.
Images of the beefy security guard lying bludgeoned and bloodied in a hospital bed circulated the Internet hours after the fight. Pat has since been released from the hospital and was spotted outside of Chris Brown's NYC hotel this afternoon with a nasty scar on his forehead.
Pat, who was hit in the head with a bottle of champagne on Wednesday night [June 13], wasn't the only person to be injured. Another victim, an innocent bystander, was struck by a flying glass bottle.
"Within a few moments of noticing glass being thrown around, I saw a glass bottle headed towards me, consequently hitting me in the head," said Hollie C, a 24-year-old Australian tourist who was rushed to the hospital where she received 16 stitches. "I immediately started to bleed and proceeded to fall in and out of conciousness."
In total five other people were injured. A source in the NYPD has confirmed that the music stars' crews did get into a fight at the Manhattan hotspot W.I.P. Police received a 911 call about the clash after 4 a.m., but when they arrived neither Breezy nor Drizzy were present. Brown tweeted a picture of his injury following the scuffle along with a message calling out his combatant.
"How u party wit a rich n---a that hate? Lol…Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!” Brown tweeted. “N---a is p---y. Bottles? It’s nothing! Lol And I’m the singer?” N---a hiding in the bathroom b---h a-- n---a! Ok! N---a stand behind security!!! Ok! U don’t pay them enough! N---a throwing bottles! Y’all n----s weak!"
Along with Drake, other celebrities at the party included Ne-Yo, Wale, French Montana, Trey Songz, Meek Mill and Teyana Taylor. Meek, who was recently involved in a Twitter beef with Brown over pop superstar Rihanna, tweeted a message denying reports he was the rapper exchanging blows with Breezy.
"It wasn’t me..(shaggy voice) lol."
No arrests have been made, but police are still currently investigating the matter.
