Ye has entered the chat.
Billboard reports that the controversial artist formerly known as Kanye West revealed his guest verse on the “Like That” remix where he takes shots at Drake and J. Cole.
During an appearance on Justin LaBoy's "The Download" podcast on Saturday (April 20), Ye premiered the verse and blazing new track where he is welcoming all the smoke from “The 6 God” and “Moe Dee” while making it known that he stands with Kendrick Lamar in the feud.
Ye raps, “You know we had to get the hooligans up here to get these p***y n*ggas out/ Yo Dot, I got you.”
He continued, “Y’all so out of sight, out of mind/ I can’t even think of a Drake line/ Play J. Cole, get the p***y dry/Play J. Cole, get the p***y dry/ Play this sh*t back 130 times.”
Although Ye only shared a snippet of the song, he promised that more would be released soon.
After years of tension and subliminal disses, Lamar released a scorching guest verse on Metro Boomin’ and Future’s “Like That” where he targeted Drake and J. Cole. Currently, the track is at the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
Responding to Kendrick, J. Cole released "7 Minute Drill” but soon afterward expressed his regret for making the song while on stage at his Dreamville Festival in early April.
Taking no prisoners, Drake dissed Kendrick, Rick Ross, Metro Boomin, and Future, on “Push Ups.”
Ross also chimed in with “Champagne Moments” aiming squarely at Drake.
Drake went on to drop “Tayor Made Freestyle” with A.I. guest verses from Snoop Dogg and Tupac Shakur.
