Kelly Rowland’s kicking off 2012 big time with a new worldwide brand-ambassador role for Dutch watch company TW Steel. As a part of the partnership, Rowland will have her own special-edition timepieces that will come in the new year.
"I was captivated by TW Steel when I was first introduced to their watches," she said of the company, which started back in 2005. "I love the statement wearing a big watch makes, and they just get what it is to be fun and stylish at the same time. I love fashion—it plays such an important role in the music industry. For me to now channel that passion into designing my own range of watches with TW Steel is pretty exciting."
A great watch will definitely come in handy for the "Motivation" star, with her busy schedule juggling her music endeavors and judging gig on the UK version of The X-Factor along with her numerous photo shoots and newest job. Kelly officially toasted the new alliance with a launch party in England. Singer Estelle also made an appearance at the event.
