Moesha Star Marcus Paulk Cops Plea Deal in Domestic Violence Case

Actor, accused of punching his girlfriend, will avoid jail time.

Moesha star Marcus Paulk will avoid jail time following a domestic violence incident last August, during which he allegedly punched his girlfriend in the stomach.
Paulk has made a plea deal with prosecutors, reports TMZ, in which he pleads no contest to one charge of battery in exchange for four others being dropped and no jail time. He will also have to enroll in a year long domestic violence treatment program and stay at least a hundred yards away from his ex.
Paulk starred on Brandy's sitcom from 1996 to 2001 and has appeared on the big screen in films like Red Tails and Roll Bounce.
