Quavo Says New Migos Album Is Coming Next Year

"We don't want to drop it right now. We want the commotion.”

It’s been two years since Migos released their third studio album, Culture II. Fans have been wondering when the next LP would come out.  And now, thanks to Quavo, we have an idea when it may arrive.

Speaking on The ETCs podcast co-hosted by Kevin Durant, the rapper revealed that Culture III is finished — they’re just holding out for the right time to release it.

"We done with the album, we just waiting on 2021, man so everything can crack up," Quavo said. "We don't want to drop it right now. We want the commotion, we want to move, we want to be outside. We want to drop it and go on tour.”

“We want to have an album listening and have people in the thang and really hearing the album,” he continued. “I can't drop no album and let the internet judge my album. It just don't make sense. I just want to be with the people. I want to touch the people and that's what we are going to do at the top of the year."

Quavo then reiterated how ready he is to perform. “"I'm ready to crowd surf. I'm ready to go crazy again... moshpit,” he said.

Quavo is very confident in how good that Migos’ Culture III is going to be. In July, he announced that whenever the trio releases their next album, it’ll be the best LP of 2020 and 2021.
