Rihanna Becomes Dior's First Black Spokeswoman
Rihanna is making fashion history, becoming the first-ever Black spokesmodel for luxury designer brand Dior.
According to Women's Wear Daily, Ri-Ri will star in the fourth episode of the fashion house's "Secret Garden" video series. The film and print campaign starring the 27-year-old is set to run this spring.
In the luxury-laced campaign, models rock Dior pieces while parading around the palace of Versailles. The new campaign featuring the Bajan beauty is sure to rake in even more views than third installment of the series for the celebrated French fashion house, which garnered more than nine million hits on Dior's YouTube channel.
The "FourFiveSeconds" singer, who is set to drop her eighth studio album soon, is in great company with Hollywood it-girls Jennifer Lawrence and Natalie Portman serving as current faces of the luxury brand.
Ri-Ri has already appeared in print and video campaigns for Gucci, Balmain and Armani, and was recently given the title of creative director for Puma.
